07 Dec The Shepherd’s Staff – November 2021

The elders have spent the past six weeks doing staff reviews. We spent dedicated time with each staff member to learn about the successes and challenges they face in supporting our ministry at MTP. MTP has a tremendously gifted staff and the elders were reminded how hard they all work and how much they minister to our community. The staff shared their goals for 2022 and the elders offered advice on growing their ministries and developing their personal spiritual growth. We also discussed salary recommendations to make to the Admin Council.

We also reviewed the nominees for the upcoming elder elections and were excited to see the list of Godly men in our midst. The new elders will begin serving in January when we will have a kick-off meeting to set our vision for 2022. We would like to welcome our three new Elders that were elected on November 21, 2021.

Upcoming in December, the elders and deacons will have a nominations meeting to select members to fill our Administrative Council committees.
